Roadside Assistance
I was having a conversation with a customer recently when he mentioned that he had called a towing company the day prior because his wife had locked their keys in the car. Knowing the customer was enrolled into our Perks Checking account and had access to Southern Rewards, I had asked if he had filed for reimbursement since Roadside Assistance is included. The thought hadn’t crossed his mind, so he jumped on and filed a claim that afternoon.
