FELICIA LANDIS
Coldwater Branch Manager
Felicia came to Southern in March of 2019 with 10 years of banking experience. As Coldwater Main Branch Manager,Felicia also is responsible for managing our 441 E. Chicago Drive Thru Branch in Coldwater. Felicia attended Indiana State University and earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminology. Felicia is an active member of Altrusa International of Branch County, a non-profit dedicated to making bettering the Coldwater Community, where she serves on two committees.

Hillsdale Branch Manager
Jennifer joined Southern in January of 2017, bringing with her over 17 years’ experience in banking. She has held numerous positions in the financial industry, including Retail Loan Officer and Customer Service Manager before becoming SMBT Hillsdale Branch Manager. Active in her faith community, Jennifer is also a member of the Hillsdale Exchange Club and is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for Domestic Harmony, a Hillsdale based non-profit that provides supportive services to victims of domestic abuse.
VERONICA FEATHERSTONE
Constantine Branch Manager
Veronica joined Southern in 2012 as a Part-time Float Teller. She advanced quickly at Southern from Full-time Teller to Teller Supervisor and eventually Constantine Assistant Branch Manager. In January of 2022, Veronica was promoted to Constantine Branch Manager. Veronica enjoys supporting her community as a member of the Constantine DDA Board and as Treasurer of the Constantine Rotary Club.
KELSEY McCLISH
Three Rivers Branch Manger
Kelsey joined Southern in 2012 as a Part-time Teller, advancing to Universal Banker before being promoted to Branch Manager in 2019. Kelsey earned her Associate's Degree in General Studies from Glen Oaks Community College. She is currently active as an ambassador with the Three Rivers Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Three Rivers Area Community Foundation. She enjoys volunteering with Junior Achievement, a program that empowers future generations for success through Financial Literacy.
ELIZABETH DIDONATO
Union City & Tekonsha Branch Manger
Elizabeth joined Southern in March of 2019 as a part time Teller at the Coldwater Main Branch. Elizabeth has held positions as a Full-time Teller, Universal Banker, Customer Sales, and Teller Supervisor. In December of 2021, Elizabeth was promoted to Union City and Tekonsha Branch Manager. She is excited to be involved in the Union City and Tekonsha communities.

Kara joined Southern in 2014, bringing over 19 years of banking experience with her. She studied Business Management and has been the recipient of several banking awards recognizing her excellent customer service skills, sales growth and profitability, and leadership in employee management. In addition to being the Marshall Branch Manager, Kara also serves customers as a Commercial Loan Officer. She is very active in the Marshall community, serving as a Member of the Calhoun County 4-H Council, volunteering with the Calhoun County Fair, and the Newtown Township Fire Department Auxiliary. She is also the driving force behind the Marshall United Way VIP Raffle annual fundraiser.

Sara Walz
Jackson Branch Manager
Sara Walz has been in banking for over nine years, most recently as a Personal Banker II. She also has served as new accounts/customer service representative and as a lead teller. Outside of work she is an active member of 100 Women Who Care in Jackson as well as a member of the Jackson Rotary Club. Walz studied at Jackson College after graduating from Western High School.
DOREEN TOBIN
Assistant Vice President Mendon Branch Manager
Doreen has been with Southern for over 32 years. She attended Glen Oaks Community College where she earned her Associate's Degree in Business. Doreen also attended and graduated from the Perry School of Banking and the Perry School of Lending through the Michigan Bankers Association. She also attended Mortgage U where she received education and training in Mortgage Lending. Doreen actively supports her community as a member of the Mendon Downtown Development Authority, Friends of the Mendon Library and involvement with Mendon Local Schools for over 20 years.
LISA RIDGEWAY
Vice President Battle Creek Branch Manager
Lisa joined Southern in October 2006 as the Assistant Branch Manager of the Battle Creek office and in 2012 was promoted to Branch Manager. Lisa attended Kellogg Community College and Northern Michigan University to study Accounting and Business Management. Lisa received her Branch Manager's Certification from the Michigan Bankers Association in 2008 and has been in the banking industry for over 25 years. Lisa volunteers at multiple community events, is a member of the Battle Creek Rotary Club and a Salvation Army Board Member. She enjoys being part of the community, giving back, and making a difference!

Centreville Branch Manager
Jennifer joined Southern in May of 2008 as a Part-time Float Teller, quickly advancing into positions as a Full-time Teller and Teller Supervisor. Eventually she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and subsequently Branch Manager. She serves on the St. Joseph County United Way Board and the Centreville DDA Board.
SHANNON WARSOP
Portage Branch Manager
Shannon has over 28 years of experience in the banking industry. Before joining Southern, she served as Branch Manager for Eaton Community Bank in Nashville, Michigan. Prior to that, she held various managerial roles with Truist Financial, Chase Bank, and Fifth Third Bank. She is a graduate of Pennfield High School and resides in Battle Creek.

Scott has over 22 years of banking and management experience. Most recently, he held the position of Branch Manager at FlagStar Bank, as well as various sales and managerial positions with Greenmark Equipment John Deere, Autopark Ford, and Dave Smith Pontiac Buick GMC. Reed is a graduate of Portage Northern High School and resides in Sturgis.
