Bill joined Southern Michigan Bank & Trust in June 2022, coming to us with over 30 years of experience in Jackson community banking. Bill earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Spring Arbor College in 1990. Bill previously served as the Mayor of the City of Jackson from 2016 to 2017. He continues heavy public service within the community.
Vice President Commercial Loan Officer
Justin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Western Michigan University and comes to Southern with extensive lending experience over fourteen years. He lives in Portage with his family, where he is active in coaching his girls’ softball teams, as well as coaching KOHA travel hockey. He serves as president of the Portage Community Center, and is a member of Kalamazoo Communities in Schools, and SWM Professional Networking Group.
David Kreger brings with him over 40 years of experience in commercial lending and mortgage originations. Most recently, Kreger was Regional Vice President at County National Bank. Leading up to his career in commercial lending, he also worked in consumer lending, loan operations, collections, and was a branch manager. A lifelong Jacksonian, Kreger started working at his first bank when he was a junior at Jackson High School.
Mike Jors has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Southern, Jors was Vice President/Private Bank and Retail Development with County National Bank. Additionally, he served as Vice President/Business Relationship Manager II with Fifth Third Bank, Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager and Commercial Lender with Huntington Bank, and Branch Manager with Citizens Bank. Jors holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
Matthew Miller comes to Southern with over 22 years of banking experience, and most recently held the position of Vice President, Warehouse Lending Relationship Manager at Flagstar Bank in Jackson. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, as well as an Associate of Business Administration in Marketing degree, both from Baker College. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching Jackson Area Club Soccer and volunteers at the Sharp Park Academy PTO.
Wrozek has 20 years of banking experience including branch management, new business development, and commercial lending. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Adrian College. Wrozek is a life-long resident of Jackson, where he and his wife, Brenna, reside with their four children. Outside of work, he is involved with Jackson Southwest Little League, Exchange Club of Jackson, The Dahlem Conservancy Endowment Board, Board Member and Treasurer of Michigan Brewnettes Youth Softball Club, and serves as the Varsity Softball Coach at Lumen Christi High School.
