- Contact information
- Phone number and email address
- Completed and signed loan application
- Borrower indication of intent for joint credit as applicable
- Pay stubs - one month history
- W-2’s - two years history
- Personal tax returns - two years history
- If self employed, two years business tax paperwork as applicable
- Bank statements - two months history
- Driver’s license or other acceptable forms of identification (please ask lender for acceptable forms)
